Due to the nature of our skincare formulations and to ensure the safety, quality, and integrity

of every product we provide, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or

refunds on any purchases.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, and usage

information prior to placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact our

Customer Care team support@protransitinc.com within 7 days of delivery. To assist us in

resolving the issue, please include your order number and photographs of the product and

packaging.

Upon review, we may, at our sole discretion, replace the damaged or incorrectly shipped

product.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery. Once an order has been placed, it

cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
